What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, customer type, the service you need, your city or ZIP code, your project description, your preferred contact method and, if you choose to tell us, how you heard about us.

We also record basic referral details, such as the page you arrived on and campaign tags in the link you followed, so we understand how people find us.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule work and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information.

If you choose text messaging as your preferred contact method and agree to receive texts, we will text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Photos and documents you upload

Some forms let you upload photos, quotes or proposals. We use them only to review your request and respond to you. We don't publish them or share them publicly without your permission.

Uploaded files are stored with a secure cloud storage provider under unlisted links that are shared only with our team.

How we understand visits

We record which pages led to a request, such as the first page you visited, the page you submitted from, and campaign tags in links. This is stored in your browser and sent with your request so we know which pages and ads are helpful. We never send the contents of your forms or uploads to advertising platforms.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to measure our ads and show them to people who have visited. These tools use cookies and similar technology to record things like the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and actions such as starting a quote request, submitting a form or tapping to call or text.

When you submit a request, we also tell Meta directly from our server that a request was made, so we can measure which ads lead to real inquiries without counting them twice. That message includes your email address and phone number in hashed form (turned into a one-way code that cannot be read back), your IP address and browser type, and Meta's ad cookie identifiers. If we later mark your request as a completed job, we may send a similar hashed message with the job value. Meta uses this to match conversions to ad activity.

We never send your name, form answers, notes, photos or documents to Google or Meta.

We also keep our own anonymous daily counts of page views, visits, where visits came from (such as an ad or a search engine), device type (phone, tablet or computer) and actions like tapping to call. These counts use no cookies and contain no names, contact details or identifiers.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load the Meta Pixel or Google Ads, we turn off Google's advertising features, and we don't send your request to Meta from our server. Basic analytics only.

Marketing emails are separate: we only send news or offers if you check the optional box on a form. Requesting a quote never depends on it.

You can also limit ad personalization in your Google ad settings (adssettings.google.com) and your Meta ad preferences, block cookies in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this website: an email delivery service to send form submissions to our team, a database and file storage provider to keep requests and uploads, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam, and a hosting provider to serve the site. These providers process information only to deliver their services.
